Born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York (PKNY), I came to Richmond in 1992 after earning my degree in Education at Saint Paul's College in Lawerenceville, Virginia.  For 13 years I loved teaching the children of Mosby Middle and Franklin/Armstrong High Schools.  However, the development of my skills took me in a different direction.  In 2005 I traded public school teaching for traveling the east coast training for a law firm!  After about a year and a half and the realization that the ARTIST in me didn't quite accept the corporate world, my life took a drastic change. 

In my years as a teacher and trainer, I always had a camera in hand, documenting the students and their progression; documenting the cities in which I traveled.  My next step became obvious!!!  Well, maybe not so obvious but PEOPLE come into your life for a REASON or a SEASON!!!  Soooo, I met DJ Drake for a reason and through him, Dee Dee Renee' for another!  From Drake's faith and love and Dee Dee's recommendation,  IMAGESBYKECIA LLC was born!!!
